Syria Payment
Effective Date: July 2, 2025
1. Purpose of This Policy
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which users of the Syria Payment app and website may request a refund, along with the applicable procedures and restrictions.
2. Non-Refundable Transactions
All transactions made through the Syria Payment app or website are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical error, proven fraud, or clear legal violations.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
A user may request a refund in the following cases:
Duplicate charges for the same transaction.
Funds transferred to the wrong number due to a system-side technical error.
Failed transaction where the amount was deducted but the service was not completed.
Unauthorized use of the account (requires police report or official documentation).
4. Refund Request Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the transaction in question, via email or through the in-app support form.
5. How to Submit a Request
Send an email to support@syrpayment.com or use the app’s support feature.
Include transaction details (date, amount, recipient number, transaction ID).
Clearly state the reason and attach any supporting documents (screenshot, payment notice, etc.).
6. Processing Time
We will review and respond to refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be credited to the user's Syria Payment wallet within 7 business days maximum.
7. Grounds for Rejection
We may reject refund requests for the following reasons:
Request submitted after the deadline.
No technical error or system fault is found.
Misuse or fraudulent behavior.
Inaccurate or misleading request information.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
Syria Payment is not liable for:
Transfers made in error by the user.
Transactions resulting from user negligence or credential leakage.
Disputes between sender and recipient outside the platform’s control.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Users will be notified by email or via the app in the event of any material changes.
